The Texas attorney general's office has launched an investigation of the Alamo and the Daughters of the Republic of Texas. The Daughters, caretakers of the state-owned battle site, have three weeks to gather a list of documents, including e-mails, financial audits, engineering reports and even records on vending machine sales.
