Bob Deuell, R-Greenville, had a cheeky way of explaining how he's happy to vote for the committee-passed Senate budget calling for $176.5 billion in spending of state and federal funds over the next two years -- no matter the mix of rainy-day money and "non-tax revenue" to pay for its last few billion.
