Texas' Department of Information Resources, IBM dispute service contract
AUSTIN — Texas’ Department of Information Resources accused IBM on Friday of severe shortcomings on a huge contract to centralize state agencies’ computer services and data storage. IBM immediately fired back, saying it has done everything required under an $863 million contract.
